TIMOTHY L DROBNICK HAS DONE IT AGAIN … THIS IS HIS “SHOW STOPPER” FOLKS!

October 2008, Timothy L Drobnick launched a website offering free leads and free advertising. I joined and literally “lost my mind” in the encapsulating “orange world”. His website was different than the others I had tested. There was no “catch” to getting the free leads and advertising. People still join because of the free leads and free advertising. However, it has taken on more colors and close to 50,000 members since it launched. You can still find me there as user #561 because of the help he has provided to me. Orange Leads was beneficial for just about any program or business tool that I wanted to market; including helping me offer SEO Marketing services in the home business industry. This happened much more rapidly than if I had used traditional social sites, forums or pay per click services. Tim has HELPED THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE learn how to start a business or brand within an existing one, and / or make money online.

Most impressively, Tim programmed this suite of Business and Internet Marketing resources while the members were referring (building their own lists) and using the portal. This is quite an accomplishment as most programmers prefer to create a website and then develop memberships after it has been completed. In this case, Tim’s portal was expanded as the members made suggestions to him, based on their needs, as well as per his creative business objectives. It is quite a suite of programs that most people can use to accomplish online business goals.

There has always been one problem with Orange Leads … all of the members could not use the suite of programs. This is not for Tim’s lack of trying to keep people informed. He appointed admins to help answer questions (James and I were the first) and he has always been active in the network to help the members as well. Tim and some of the members made videos to show how to use the different facets. Tim assigned even more admin to help. Tim has always kept an up to date blog of changes and additions. Still, a great portion of the members felt overwhelmed by what the massive portal offered and there are many that are capable but just not motivated to learn on their own; even though the active members explained how the suite of Orange Leads programs would help their business.

Similar to how overwhelming it is to use Facebook or Linkedin for the first time …

So they quit and choose to use easier networks until they understood that they are missing out on a HUGE share of their markets by avoiding those valuable resources. This is the situation with the suite of programs that Tim created. Although the more savvy users were requesting more features and Tim was coming up with ideas of his own, those that were already confused and new members could not figure out how to use all facets, none-the-less make them benefit their business so that they could make money.

I have written tons of blogs and created many network groups about this suite of programs, but Orange Leads has always been my favorite. I latched on so tightly, that people thought that I worked for Tim and called all of the time – LOL Meanwhile, I was not working for him. I simply understood the potential that his system has for helping people learn how to market and make money online. There are videos, written instructions and always someone there to help in the public chat room; including the owner himself.

In my opinion, you can use Tim’s suite of programs whether you are in home business OR a corporate business owner. It just depends on online marketing and business goals. The whole package is an Internet Marketing System (a virtual office per say) that creates income streams for entrepreneurs and / or helps them market their own business. I was with Global Domains International many years ago. It was newer to the work at home mom arena and they loved the opportunity. I did well with this company, was bonus pool winner, got selfish about the time it took to help my team members build their GDI businesses and quit.

Shame on me, right? I could have helped 1000(s) of people by now. All of us making $1000(s) in residual income had I stuck with GDI.

So, I was doing well with GDI. At the same time I was building my SEO Marketing business. It was great. I had good money coming in and I found GDI extremely easy to market online because I understood the facets, products and how to apply these to others’ online marketing needs. It was a match made in heaven (for a minute:)) until I realized that my referrals were having a hard time. I ended up spending a lot of time trying to teach them the foundations of website design: domains, hosting, email forwarding, how to use the website builder, etc. Some were extremely motivated or knew more than the others. These women called me day and night to help with uploading custom designs and asking me how to fix their code errors (which I would have to login and do as well).

This was not so difficult because I love working with people that want to learn, but it was frustrating to me because I was also building my SEO marketing business at that time. It just seemed redundant to continue as the ROI was not balancing in comparison to what I was doing with my own domain sales, hosting servers, website design and SEO marketing.

I KNOW THIS IS HORRIBLE, BUT I AM TELLING YOU MY GDI STORY, SO PLEASE READ FURTHER.

I did myself and others a disservice by quitting GDI.

To be success in the home business industry, there is more to just learning your business and doing well for yourself. You also need to learn how to step back from personally building your business – especially when you are doing well -  to help others on your team learn how to do well in building THEIR business (duplicate your success).

I guess you could say that when I was in GDI the first time, I did not have the servant’s heart that God needed to develop in me over these years.

So, a few months ago, my friend Bud asked if I was doing GDI. I gave him a long and exaggerated “NOOOOOOOOO NOOOOOOOOO”.

In all of these years, I never had the desire to join Global Domains International (GDI) again …

That is UNTIL this friend asked me to join, so that he could be on my team (how sweet, right?).

Just so you know, it took a few days to learn the Avalanche Money System and to reacquaint myself with my GDI account again. I was happy to see new website templates and builder. It is till a bit challenging to some, but they do well once they learn how to use it.

Bud built his GDI website with very little instruction from me. He asked what I suggested per the page hierarchy and then sent me a link a few weeks later with his completed website – He’s a motivated team player for sure … WOO!!! HOO!!!

After I took a few days to learn and set up, my Avalanche / GDI start building by my working it just a few hours a week.

It is not huge and quick money made at first, but I was in profit in the first month and it is steady residual income with a team that retains well.

I spent time helping some set up their GDI and have two assistants that are excellent at helping with Avalanche & GDI as well.

Most people see the Internet as this MASSIVE virtual environment – the World Wide Web – as it is intended to be. I have to laugh at times. This is because the Internet seems quite small as I move through it daily. I see the same friends, business associates and prospects.
